Hello beautiful souls! It is my honor and pleasure to welcome you to our sacred space. This center has been calling to me since I fully awoke and aligned my mind, body and soul through many of the modalities offered at this very center. There is an immense amount of gratitude within me for our Ancestors, the Indigenous community, our healers past and present, my guides and soul family for guiding me to be the person I am today. It is through my personal journey and holding space for my beautiful clients that I believe in the power of holistic healing. I truly believe it speaks for itself and anything is possible! We are all here to learn life lessons and heal from people, places and things that are no longer serving us. I am thrilled to offer moon ceremonies, workshops and private sessions connecting with the following modalities: Theta healing, Access bars, Access Consciousness, Access facelift, Reiki healing and training, Indian Head Massage and my beautiful sacred crystal sound-bowls. My passion outside of holding space for others is spending time in our beautiful Annapolis valley with my loving partner, my family and friends and our sweet Frenchie, Alfie! Theta & Reiki Healer/Hypnotherapist and Heart-Centered Therapist
As a Reiki & Theta healer, Sasha is also working towards her certification as a Hypnotherapist and Heart-Centered Therapy practitioner specializing in healing. Additionally, she has almost a decade of counselling experience inVancouver, British Columbia. Sasha’s healing journey began when she discovered counselling in her twenties. Her life changed dramatically through this process and she knew she wanted to help others change their lives as well.
Throughout the years Sasha has learned and personally experienced many methods of healing including Reiki, Theta and Hypnosis. It was through these modalities that she experienced profound healing and life-changing experiences. Today, Sasha is grateful that she has had the opportunity to follow her purpose and be able to guide and support others on their healing journeys. We are so grateful to have her in our soul-family! Sasha is currently growing her healing practice and accepting new clients.
Mike Aubé (Soul Works)
Modern Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Tarot Reader
Mike has been involved in the healing arts for 25 years, having become a Reiki practitioner at the turn of the millennium! While he is known to many in the Valley as a singer/songwriter, the past few years have seen him devote himself more fully to helping others find the healing power within themselves.
His primary focus is guiding people to regain trust in their bodies, mind, spirit and in Nature. We are born to heal! He accomplishes this through a blend of the esoteric, the scientific and good old-fashioned common sense, in a way that is approachable, gentle and compassionate. He draws heavily from Eastern philosophy, core shamanism, positive psychology and the symbolism of the Tarot.
Mike holds an MSc (Kinesiology) from the University of New Brunswick, is a Reiki Master/Teacher, trained in Mental Health First Aid and is working toward becoming a death doula. He is also the author of Core Joy: Cultivating Sustainable Deep Happiness.

Through my personal experiences and my work with clients, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of holistic healing. I believe that with compassion, awareness, and the right tools, we are all able to heal.
I am thrilled to offer a range of services, including CompassionKey coaching, Biology of Trauma coaching, and the empowering ROAR technique. My focus also extends to the Embodied Heart Freedom Method, guiding you towards inner child healing and encouraging play, joy, and the practice of blissipline in your daily life. Additionally, I offer ThetaHealing, Access Bars/Consciousness, and Body Processes, all of which facilitate deep healing and transformation. I am passionate about teaching through workshops and certification courses in ThetaHealing, Access Bars, Facelift, and Body Processes.
I also provide Dreambuilding coaching, guiding you to manifest your highest potential, and offer healing through compassion, trauma awareness, somatic work, and mindset mastery. When I’m not holding space for healing, I cherish time spent with loved ones, connecting with nature, and nurturing my own journey of growth and fulfillment. I look forward to holding space for you! Our beautiful Soul-Sister Erin has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years! Her specialty is releasing stuck energy through trigger points. She is a Level 2 – Reiki healer and offers Doula services and Birth Support. We are thrilled to share she will be offering Somatic Therapy services this coming winter! When Erin is out in the wild, she can be found enjoying nature and mindful activities with her four beautiful children and many animal babies.
