Wellness Studio Rental
At Be the Change Health and Wellness you can rent our Wellness Studio for your own workshops, classes or offerings. We want to help you build your business and your clientele. When you book in via the Jane app, you can specify what you need in terms of tables, chairs, etc.
The Wellness Studio can accommodate 12 people on yoga mats comfortably. 4 – 5 Large tables and chairs depending on layout and has an entry way with cubbies, bathroom and kitchen equipped with a two-top hot plate, large fridge, microwave, keurig, tea pot (coffee and tea not included) and kitchen utensils.

Our Amazing Wellness Studio Teachers
Hi! My name is Chantel O’Leary and I have a strong passion for movement and self care. With 15+ years of experience in dance including contemporary, jazz, hip hop and acro, I have been choreographing and teaching for over 5 years to all ages and levels. My love for dance merged with yoga during this time as well and I’m fond of combining the rhythm and art of dance with the alignment and healing of yoga – creating a means of self exploration and expression. My focus is creating a safe place for everyone to grow and flow at their own pace, encouraging one out of their comfort zone to dive deeper into the body, mind and soul; however, ultimately, to come as you are. I find therapy in nature, poetry and music and I’m often outside adventuring with my dogs. I’m happy to call Annapolis Valley my home, and I’m so excited to offer classes in yoga (Vinyasa/Flow or Yin), dance of various styles, and creative movement. Classes are open to all levels. Hello, my name is Kevin Pearle. I am a Certified Meditation Teacher and in my 28 years of teaching experience, it’s fair to say that for many of those years, I put my work, my students and my career above all else. Unfortunately, that came at a price. The price was my health. In the Spring of 2021, I suffered a heart attack. It changed everything. It led me to reevaluate my life, in many respects. For perhaps the first time in my adult life, I put my health first. I had finally come to the awareness that without my health, I have nothing. Among other things, I began a regular practice of meditation, which became an essential part of my daily routine, not to be missed. As this transformation took hold, I began to feel a calling, to use my teaching skills to help others discover the same kind of positive change in their own lives. Over the past several years, I have worked purposefully at a variety of courses, attending retreats, traveling to learn from great teachers, to develop a broader knowledge of the many forms and techniques under the umbrella of meditation and how to teach them competently and confidently, to bring about positive change in the lives of others. And so, Mind Trainer Meditation has now become a reality. I offer one on one private instruction, as well as classes, in a variety of meditation techniques.
